repairs to vandalized bridge report

On monday, repairs were made to the vandaliztion of the 2007 bridge collapse memorial. Vandals removed 23 letters that composed the message on the memorial, officials have removed all letters and are prepared to make repairs soon. The wall holds messages for bridge collapse survivors, no arrests have been made for the vandalization.
